Early
collaborations with Isu Chemical Company in 2000 and LGCI (now LG Life Sciences)
in 2001 allowed the company to initiate an in-house drug discovery effort at a
very early stage. In addition, revenue generated from contract work has amounted
to as much as 29 percent of our total annual expenses, thus extending the life
of our initial investment dollars and proving the success of the company¨s
hybrid structure.
